Our services do NOT include third-party costs unless explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining these services separately. We may assist with setup, but ownership and billing remain with the client.
Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins. Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of the project.
We offer a limited number of revisions depending on the project scope.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Timelines vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Delays in feedback or content submission may affect delivery dates.
Upon full payment, the final website design and code will be transferred to the client.
UIMason reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds are only considered in rare cases where no work has been delivered.
UIMason is not liable for any business losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of the website.
Clients are responsible for maintaining and securing their website after delivery.
Basic support may be provided for a limited period after project completion.
Ongoing maintenance or updates require a separate agreement.

Images and videos used in our projects may be sourced from free commercial-use platforms such as Unsplash and Pexels, or provided directly by the client.
These platforms allow usage without mandatory credit under their license terms at the time of download.
If clients provide their own media, they are fully responsible for ensuring proper rights, licenses, and permissions.
UIMason is not liable for any copyright issues related to externally provided content.
